Refund Policy
At Appliances Giants LLC, we are committed to providing quality appliance repair services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below is our refund policy, which applies to all services rendered:
Service Call Fees
The service call or diagnostic fee is non-refundable once a technician has arrived at your location and performed an inspection of the appliance, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repair.
Repair Services
If a repair is completed and the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period (typically 90 days for labor and as specified for parts), we will return to inspect the appliance at no additional charge. If the issue is covered under our warranty, we will perform any necessary follow-up repairs free of charge.
Refunds are not issued for completed repairs unless we are unable to resolve the problem after reasonable attempts, and only at the discretion of management.
Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled appointment without penalty if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service call fee being charged.
Parts
Special-order or installed parts are non-refundable. Once a part has been ordered or installed, it cannot be returned for a refund.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
